 When she came to roll this facility ... The employees & staff did not imagine that this woman was different from the others who preceded & roll it before ... 

As soon as she began to roll & manage ... wings of corruption in the facility appear & start to fall fast ... Everyone was amazing ... people described her as a conscience that died & suddenly wake up to come back again in her image ... 

Someone described her... She is the eye of the ruling power to purge the facility from corruption, which spread in Everywhere ... at the first glance they called her the Iron Lady ... in fact she was impressed Everyone, Specially while she were fight she was providing employees with temporary financial benefits & of course this contributed making to her great popularity everywhere. 

She continued to fight corruption with some help & assist of some loyalists ... some oppressed too... & others rated on They are close or trusted to her, & also some slyness & so on... Some leaders have been changed maybe to change the previous blood of the facility with new deserves & to help to use integrity to re-development & correct any previous deviations. perhaps some of whom have exploited this confidence to revenge & Filter his personal accounts with specific people in different positions ......

Generally Events escalated sharply later... The most serious was at all… she stops all the entitlements sources for workers to reconsider who is deserves & who is not, perhaps it was a right decision but unfortunately everyone was angry Because of the delay in the re-payment of the financial benefits on which they relied on monthly out of their salaries that are not enough to support their family’s lives... Some may borrow or be cruel because of the unforgiving requirements of life.. they were suffering & no one feel them. 

Those things were considering a rescue for them life structure … salaries were not enough they were depending on this entitlement. Thus, her popularity began to decline gradually. especially when she started a new stage of pride & Making the decision unilaterally without sufficient study. She began to impose her opinion without regard to any valid views of the experienced perhaps listening to the recommendations of who surround her was the biggest reason …

 Actually she decides to be her own. It seems that pride & greatness infect her in this stage & she started to use strange methods & strategies as she is the only Absolute authority in the facility ... She began to doubt everyone ... Everybody became a suspect even if he demands his rights. & reached the stage of vanity has become the ego ... Without knowing or advised sincere ... Suddenly she became a symbol of the dictator ... She ruled foolishly with centralization & ignored all opinions & punished everyone who objected or criticized

Some described her first donations as a way of buying the popularity to establishment & build her own charisma. On the other hand, the wises were already familiar with these usual styles used by some since eternity to achieve absolute power & control over the place through human weaknesses. Points ... & Requirement that’s was the biggest weaknesses of human... Whether for money or work or any other desires

The strangest... she is suddenly shifted from fighting corruption & supporting reform to policies that support chaos and lead to the destruction of the establishment entity & killing of belonging among those with experience in the facility.

Was this because of the position or the hypocrites who revolve around her or because of the popularity it achieved at the beginning of her rule ... Or because of other psychological diseases … I think it’s maybe because those things like (sarcasm of the ideas of development work systems… or Not taking into account the views of experienced when making decisions or Catching marginal or small errors & maximize it ... Stubbornness & lack of flexibility ... Control all levels of management. The lack of a clear vision in the long term for the facility) Narrow vision (... Personalization of things)

Anyway, soon I think that was the beginning of fall ....
